Beach at dusk
Another assignment close to home at Lighthouse Beach. It's after sundown, when the sky begins to glow orange before darkness. I wanted to capture the activity at this time of day: people going for walks (blurred at this shutter speed); fishers trying their luck on the rising tide; village lights coming on in the distance - another day drawing to a close. I'm impressed with the E-1's ability to capture images without much noise in these low light conditions (at ISO 100). I have noise reduction enabled in a custom settings group that I use especially for long exposures. Confession: I switched on the vehicle's lights with PS.

Another beautiful picture, but very different from "Lucent wave". this has a wonderful soft feel to it. The light is beautiful as are the soft colors. You captured the end of the day well, with the people, the vehicle and the lights in the distance.
