am I wrong or did u first post a color version? like this b/w version very much with its fine greys. did u sharpen partially? well done.

I saw this before as the colour version and liked it , I like it even more as a bw , it appears to have a slight lean to the right or is that an illusion Edwin?....

Yes,

I posted the color version first by mistake, so I did replace it with this one. I thought the verticals were straight, but if I am a pixel off, I am sorry. There is an odd illusion here though, I think because the floor (walkway) slopes to the left fairly so rain will flow off.

and I do use unsharp mask on all my images to some extent, especially when making web sized versions.

Love the uniqueness of textures and patterns on the individual posts along the corridor. It's almost as if each one has its own story to tell. Very good series, E.

This is an excellent composition IMHO. The heavy column to the left takes the edge of the order elsewhere, as does the circle. Best wishes.
