very nice Arief! This one I like even more then your first one which was very nice as well but more of a candid - this one is really cool! This lens is really fantastic (my favorite - have to save for it), and you made very good use of it. Skin tones are nice too. regards :Doro

Wonderful languid capture. Great image. Agree with Doro about this lens but then there's the new E3? Decisions decisions! You do make the lens shine though. Nice work.

Veli nais indeed

Eugene,

I can guarantee that as soon as E3 or whatever released, one of them will be sent to Indonesia immediately. Arief is Godfather of all Indonesian Olympians. Now, I am pushing him to upload the result of his 35-100 :)

Cheers

I am agreed with Mr. Sugianto, but he is the olympian maniac too. HAPPY NEW YEAR Bro.

Thanks guys, though not exactly cheap, but this lens performs far better than the equivalent focal length from competing brands which I happen to use as well. As far as performance goes, I'll stick to Olympus from now on.

To John Larkin - focus distance

Thank you for the compliment. The minimum focusing distance for the 150mm f/2 is 1.4 meters. However, for this particular shot I've set the focusing limiter switch to 4 meters to infinity. I took the photo at a distance of roughly 5 plus meters away from the subject, handheld.

This is truely ...

the best portrait of your series, Arief. All points are mentioned above, but there is just one nickle: would like to see it about 800 pix high (not have to scroll).

Happy new Year and Kind Regards,
