Really can't think of a title, so left it as ? Any inspiration for one is more than welcome!!

I'm wondering what you think of the big blobby shadow on the left, does it help, or should it have been left out? I kinda like it, adds a bit more ominousness (??) to it.

And I know the frame won't be to everyones taste, but I felt it helped the blacks to really pop out; without it, it all kind of merged....

For me ...

the "big blobby shadow" adds some more mystic to this picture as your #1. So it looks a bit more interesting. Also the landscape format suits the object. Like it.

Kind regards,

Photos are always about the light, and the light here is great! I am baffled on what to comment on, but I like it.

Great shot - miles better than the previous cropping(IMHO). I (suprisingly) really like the border it helps the image no end. Loads of movement. Tops! Regards

Pulled towards the dark side

That what I would make of the title. So please leave in the blog on the left side. It's the dark side pulling! There still is enough detail visible no to be boring. I like the framing of this one a lot more than the one posted before. The frame looks good too, allthough I am not sure that is why I rate it this high. Should not be the case either.

higher impact than the previous (can't resist: hate this kind of black 'teariness fame'. the white frame works). good cropping choice. guess this is an image with various well working cropping possibilities. well done.

I liked your previous post, but like this one even better. Nice shadow and nice picture. When I first saw this picture the shadow reminded me of a “stretched” harpoon or bow (while the shadow of the other picture was “only” a shadow of a woman). When I look at this picture and concentrate on the woman the main part of the harpoon/bow becomes a man and I see a different story. So I prefer this picture to the other one because there is more “food” for eyes and thought here. :-)

Thanks for looking guys, and suggesting the wider crop on the previous image. And I like your idea for a title Wiliam, nice and ominous!! Can't do much about the verticals unfortunately, cos I'd lose to much of the image - and is it really necessary that verticals are always vertical, I dunno..... ;-)

Pleased it got you imaginations flowing though, and thanks for looking

cheers
