Salt Water: First Contact
That's right, it took 33 years for me to step in salt water for the first time. Living near the Great Lakes and their fresh water beaches all of my life, there wasn't any urgency to get to the ocean. This is in Sanya on the shore of the South China Sea in China's Hainan province.

Thank you dee vee
Morning mist is obsuring the city and mountains. You might be seeing the curve of the land at the east end of the bay. At the far right is an island that is closer than the bay's east end.
