a shot the owner would be proud of; wonderful lighting and coziness abound; maybe it should go into its home site :-))

Timberline Lodge was built by WPA workers and I believe the structure is owned by the Bureau of Land Management. So that means it is ours!

dee's right eee. This could be part of a marketing brochure for Timberline. I think what I like best is the warm colors. I'm a little curious though, why did you put the stairway image to the right instead of the left?

Well we read left to right, and in the US when you drive, you keep to the right. So I thought that when leaving the image, moving to the right was best.

Thanks David, I appreciate your comments very much!

Timberline Lodge is not really a Hotel. It is an Historic National Monumant! Have a look...

The capture of light in all of these is just wonderful Edwin. You could do a brochure book no problem and a very interesting one at that too.

A very ...

convincing example for a triptych, E. Edwin (means that I have at long last make some of this by myself :-)) Hope it will be as good as yours :-))

Best wishes,

Really excellent shots. All 3 are great, but I especially like the first and third ones. I agree with the comment that these look completely professional (better, actually, than many so-called-professional shots I've seen of interiors like these). Your triptych sure make this place look like a worthwhile place to visit. Nice idea with the triptych, too.
