NO SUBJECT
Helena looks much more relaxed, much more personable in the first picture. These last two views show her expression kind of silly, stilted, tense, and this puts up a barrier for the viewer that voids out the potential of this more revealing and very personal view of her.

I don't think it was her (and your) intention to look lovely/sweet but more with an attitude? In that case I think her look (and looks) is great!

attitude
Thanks for understanding - exactly; I even thought about "exquisite bitch" or something to give a clue about the mood of this pic. But let it be "Helena III",-)

I love the expression, very powerful & effective. Exposure from the key light is also well done! But the positioning of the secondary light (camera left) should have been moved a little backwards to avoid hitting the nose, and then use a fill card to right beside camera left to minimize the shadows. That's one of the things studio photographers should be aware of, similar to misplaced hair lights which can hit the nosetip if placed to near the top of the head.
I also would have chosen a different set or props to where she can put her hands on, on none at all.
