Marc, I've driven this track at a sedate rate a few times. It gives one an appreciation of the skill of race drivers tackling these steep curves at speed. I think a moderate vignette effect would tunnel attention to the cars and enhance the feeling of 'classic yesteryear'. You could also selectively enhance saturation on the cars. Go Brocky! Gotta love that Torana XU1.

nice shot
i didnt know they had digital cameras in the 70's Hehe. great shot of a couple of great cars on a great aussie racetrack. I really like the composition. to me i can almost feel the g's as they swing around and back into frame. Bloody bewdiful!!

Thanks for your ideas, i shall give them a go. The thing i liked best about this shot are the drivers faces, which unfortunately did not reproduce well on this down-sized version.
