Excellent capture deevee. A very good shot of children in contemporary times.

For me the best thing about this is that this has the total opposite of an "adventure", "fun" or "this is great" atmosphere (I remember e.g. Horst's wonderful advertisment like capture of the same subject matter). I personally think that this games isolate kids from their surroundings and make them incapable of communicating or participating in any kind of community (much like me and MFT, LOL) and I feel this is transported very well in this picture. The focus seems to be on the BG which might not even be bad in this case because this gives them a "lost in space" dreamlike appearance.

thanks Klaus ...

the dof on 4/3rd is a boon for landscapes but not too desirable for portraits as in this case; with 35mm one would end up w less dof here ; of course one can buy the heavy f2 lenses or use longer focals to get by ...so each format has their own merits ... a 50mm f2 would do better in this situation imho ...cheers ;-))

Your PP on the colours and the fabrics, especially the 'outer-space' trousers (pajamas?) make this for me. Which underline Klaus's "lost in space" feel. Very much a closed world with them both some where else.
