I think this is a very good action image. But, I do wonder how you did it without getting trampled.
You might consider a somewhat tighter crop to remove the fuzzy leaves at the bottom.

Nice work, Ben. I would like it more if the subjects weren't so centred and it was slightly tighter - but not too much so as to lose the towering effect of the trees. In contrast to Joe, I like the DoF in foreground. It makes it more 3D to my eyes and emphasises the ants-eye-view. Regards.

I agree with Rob, the FG helps give depth and unique perspective. Also lets us know what the dog level of things look like.
