One of the best Lensbaby photos I've seen in a long while (maybe because it doesn't seem so obvious that it was a Lensbaby?). Love the way the most accurate focus is on the "ornaments" and I also like the rendering of the OOF parts (subtly kinetic and painterly). The spots of color in the BG help bring the whole image to life. But most of all, I admire this as a portrait full of expression and human emotion that brings me into the world and mind of the subject while leaving me wanting to know even more about him.
