excellent work, Eugene; the light is superb, the composition very clever.... love the curved wall and its almost straight shadow......great shot!

very interesting structure, one of a kind I guess? great title to start; i do like the top view...a close focus on the diagonal without the water would make this an abstract , just an alternative compo ...cheers ;-))

This is a great composition Eugene! I like the combination of curved and staright lines and the surprising shadows of the bricks. The light-variations on the wall and the water are brought out very nicely the way you processed the picture. Just one little (personal) thing: I would have liked the picture slightly rotated, to make a straight line with the water... that fits better in my sense of geometrical shapes. But nevertheless a great picture!

Thank you all very much for your comments and appreciations.
deevee I do have a closer in shot from a different angle and will oblige you!
Margriet, the composition is in actual fact fully level. What is going on is that the wall you are thinking of is curvilinear and curving away to the left. The bottom part is vertical to the edge if the frame. Illusions!
Thanks again everyone.
