Hmmm....
the lighting is a bit flat...shadows add depth to an image. The rim lighting is too hot-your hair/cheek area is overexposed. The light on our left/your right is too far back--you've got the shadow from your eyeball on the bridge of your nose. Try to relax, man--smile, you look like you are facing an execution! :o)
Lighting is a fun area to explore, and you will learn a lot by experimenting...move them around, adjust the power, adjust your exposure, turn one off-or two...Enjoy!!
