Hi Ed:) you are the winner of longest comment here on MFT: ) thank you..honestly I was thinking about the same you are writing too, but as far as I am always playing with max aperture I took this picture this way. I wanted to have just blossom leaves sharp - so as to ad "artistic" feeling :) My second version would be from higher place where the lower part of stem will be "faded" with distance - I hope it is clear, sorry for my english.
