SECONDS? Where's the noise? How did you post process this? I'm curious...

Shutter Speed was indeed 15s. I experimented a little with long times of exposure finding that the more small strong light sources you have within your frame, the less noise artefacts you' ll get. (Noise reduction of the PS CR Plug in was set to the preset level.) Post-Processing simply involved Raw-Conversion with my much prefered PS Raw Converter Plug in. Exposure was reduced 1/2 stop. I increased contrast, saturation a little and used black point cropping to further "isolate" the light sources
