Been there several times, there is so much to see, so much history, so many great places to have a camera at hand... England, France, Croatia...

i love Europe and its history, but have been to many countries on that continent ... would love to have a change of geography and travel to Asia to a place like China ... I can see great street shooting there + no less spectacular scenic photography ...maybe 1 day near .... cheers ;-))

Would love to go to Ireland some day, the birthplace of my grandmother.

I did a LOT of travelling when I was younger, and have the decades of Kodachrome to prove it...I'm done with travelling and don't see myself travelling anywhere for the rest of my life, especially just to take pictures. Just for example, the last time I went somewhere was to Niagara Falls with this MyFourThirds (three years ago), and I happen to live in the city (Toronto) where most of the events took place. I don't even own a passport any more.

I have done some wild stuff over the years including helicopter photography, and I'm tempted to do some hot air balloon photography (especially with my new semi-fisheye), but I mostly only do experimental photography now done in a studio/tabletop environment rather than outside.

I would love to spend a month in Carmel-by-the-sea, California. Do nothing by take photos in Point Lobos, Big Sur, Julia Pfeiffer St. Park. From Monterey 75 miles south on Hwy 1 is a photographers heaven. I bet I could easily fill up a 100 GB hard drive. (I don't know what I'd do for the next three weeks). I haven't been there in 20 years and I miss it. Can someone go take a photo of the Bixby Creek bridge so I know it's still there. LOL One of these days....;-))

Well, I don't travel much, but when I do my favorite photos are never the ones documenting famous sites or attractions. I'd be happy just photographing my family with some new backgrounds besides my messy house and flat, coastal terrain, LOL, and maybe capturing some interesting flora/fauna, too. Above all, I'd like a location that has a beautiful quality of higher-latitude light. So I choose Northern Europe. :-) I spent 3 weeks as a teenager in the Scandanavian countries and I'd dearly love to go back with my family. I wish Caroline were still alive to give me me a personal tour of her favorite Norwegian locales...

I'd love to take in Iceland--I've heard great things about photo junkets there....

My Home continent - why should I travel abroad when not know it here. Czech republic, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Tuscana, Provance, Bretagne, Scotland, The Alps, Slovenia, ROmania, Madieria, Iceland - omg so many fascinating places:)...but! Each continet would be very inspiring for our cameras:)

I'd love to roam the ancient Silk Road, wander around Spain's Castille region, which contains a mixture of Roman, Christian and Moor archiecture, still set fairly rural landscape. Parts of eastern Europe such as Latvia are also very tempting!
