The figure made for the smooth curves in the upper side and the irregular ones in the bottom is well compensated by the dot and the leaf.

Colour and texture add strenght .

A very beatiful image

Jamal:

I think this is a very thoughtful treatment of a carefully chosen subject...one many of us would overlook.

I find a bit too much saturation in some of the yellow areas, especially in the larger leaf in the lower left. The edge of this leaf also appears a bit over exposed.

Best wishes...

I like it, it's a very good abstract image.

pretty colors but maybe for me not enough sharp

Shapes

This is almost two complementary pictures. The top half with the beautiful shapes frozen into the ice with the curves being echoed in the highlights on the leaves in the bottom half. A beautiful juxtaposition.

The specular highlights in the bottom half are surprisingly attractive.

It looks sharp to me.

Thanks

Texture

Wonderful color and texture! The lighting alongwith the texture make the shot work.

I tend to agree with Joe here, the oversaturation of the yellow colours at the bottom draws away attention from the upper part of the picture. Nonetheless, a great job in composition and lighting, I do enjoy that one.
