Out for a walk over the back of Slieve Gallion, someone had been out before me...

The disturbing thing about this is, you appear to be directly in the firing line!

Was that somehow your intention?

Very interesting photo. "Give Way" is so much more gracious than "Yield", but I would gladly do either to a shotgun!

Your landscape looks remarkably similar to mine, save that your "major" road is a single track as well, while mine is the A82, ca. 30 miles north-east of Oban (4°51'43" W 56°39'14" N).

We seem to share the same taste for scenery :-)

Regards,

Peter.

Whoops! I hope they just shoot signs, but don't aim at cyclist like me. Where did you take the shot - just to know where you should watch your back...

Nice pic anyway, I like the screaming red colour in the green/gray landscape!

This road goes round the back of Sliabh Gallion mountain between Cookstown and Draperstown, just past Lough Fea. A quiet road, unless you meet the guy out for target practice! Seriously, I think the sign has been this way for years.
